Subscription Agreement
InHouseMaid
This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date between InHouseMaid, located at Katy, TX (the “Company”), and the individual or entity subscribing to the services (the “Subscriber”). By subscribing, the Subscriber agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
The Company agrees to provide the Subscriber with the following services as outlined in the selected subscription plan:
Regular house cleaning services.
Laundry assistance, including washing, drying, and folding clothes.
Optional add-on services available at additional costs.

2. Term
This Agreement is effective from the date of subscription and continues on a month-to-month basis.
Subscribers may cancel the subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

3. Fees and Payment
The Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fee of $[Insert Amount] per month, billed on the [Insert Billing Date] of each month.
Payments will be processed automatically using the payment method provided during registration.
Late payments will incur a late fee of $25 and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Cancellation
The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to [Insert Email/Contact Information] at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused services within the billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors.
No refunds will be issued for services not used within a billing cycle before cancellation.

6. Service Availability
The Company will provide services as scheduled in the selected subscription plan.
Rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or staff unavailability, with prior notice to the Subscriber.
7. Subscriber Responsibilities
The Subscriber agrees to provide a safe and accessible environment for the Company’s staff to perform services.
The Subscriber is responsible for securing valuables to prevent any disputes. The Company is not liable for loss or damage to items unless caused by negligence.

8. Modifications to Services or Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify services or terms of this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.
Any changes will not apply retroactively but will affect subsequent billing cycles.

9. Liability and Indemnity
The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the performance of services.
The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from the Subscriber’s breach of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Subscriber and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

12. Subscriber Consent
